Awesome place to get your caffeine fix, espressos and cortados are served on actual glassware with sparkly water to refresh your palate. They use the Wavelength beans to make their espressos and it tasted great. Love that they made an effort to make the beautiful latte art on the cortado. Just overall excellent vibes in here.

After the disappointment of Santos (re: Santos coffee review) I felt compelled to course correct. Hence, I find myself in the Avondale district of Birmingham at Domestique Coffee Roasters Satellite Coffee. Thank you Sir, may I have another. Overall the service , presentation, and flavor was fantastic. So, should you find yourself in Birmingham I suggest you drive, Uber, Lift, cycle, or walk to Satellite. You will leave happy. Excellent place to grab a coffee in a chill atmosphere. We grabbed some coffees and chocolate cookies, it was all very good. The place was emptier in the early morning and then got quite busy a couple hours later. Though it’s not super quiet, it’s not loud either, and I found it easy to work in a bunch of things while I was there. Staff were nice and service was prompt. The atmosphere was a bit eclectic which frankly made it feel fresh and fun. Oh, and they have video games!! I’d come back!

This is our favorite coffee shop in Birmingham! We come here everytime we are in town. Not only is the coffee amazing, but the environment is so fun. They have tons of board games to play while you sip on your drink. There is really something for everyone here! The baristias are always welcoming, and their service is impeccable. This is a must stop shop!

Super innovative concept! I love the games and the whole experience! The coffee was excellent as well. The barista was very friendly and helped me make a coffee decision. I highly recommend stopping in!

We were driving through Birmingham and had lunch at SAWs. Ran across the street to get iced coffee. I was surprised how big it is inside. The atmosphere is very fun and whimsical. If I lived in the area I could see myself hanging out there more often. Tons of board games and card games and even video games. Customer service is super friendly too. Four stars purely bc I wish there were more size options. I just needed something smaller.

This place has such a great vibe! The coffee itself is not the greatest compared to other coffee shops but it's still good. The atmosphere is so fun! Very nostalgic with all the old retro video games. They have so many board games, gaming set ups, XL checkers, etc. it was very busy and seemed to be super popular spot!
